There are several products available (although none of them are "dumb"
terminals; HP terminals, from their very beginnings in the early 1970s, have
always been described as "intelligent terminals" :-):

     Reflection from WRQ, (www.wrq.com)
     MS92 from Minisoft, (www.minisoft.com)
     KEA! from Attachmate, (www.attachmate.com)
     Rumba from Wall Data, (www.walldata.com)

Also available is QCTerm from AICS Research. QCTerm has the disadvantage of
not yet being a complete product -- although it is virtually so now -- but it
does have one significant advantage in its favor: it is completely free and
will remain so for its lifetime and may be distributed to as many users as you
