Micheal,

Has this box been working before?

What changed?

Did they attempt to move it?

If so, check cables (bent pins), terminators?

Can you bo pri and run ode?

just throwing out ideas.

I'm in Houston, the machine in question is in IL.
I think they lost ldev 1.

Looking for FLT codes, can't find the manual.
Can anybody confirm my first guess, LDEV 1?
Or is there another possibility?

After BO:

"Failed to Initialize Fatal Error Internal Inconsistency"
IODC_Entry_Init Boot Device Process Terminated FLT CE25

Yesterday system crashed FLT DEAD BF07, 0104, 0217

Thanks in Advance
Mike.
