Hey, that is kind of like here.  In Northwest Washington, you are almost always
guaranteed that the clouds will come out.  At least for part of the day. ;-)

Hey!  Stop picking on El Paso.  Thats my home town, and besides, August
is the hight of the rainy season.  Annual ranfall, last I checked, is
7.78 inches.  ;-)  Thats one of the big draws.  The sun always comes
out.  At least for part of the day.  :-)
