HCS is Cooperative Services server, the rest are Point to Point (and PtoP
Local) protocols, Network File Transfer, Remote Process Servers and Virtual
Terminal Services... nothing here at all that kills off TCP/IP.

All of these, except for VT and HCS are part of the NS product, HCS is part
of the HP Cooperative Services product (no longer supported), and VT is now
part of FOS.

No, I think Mark's got it right on this one.  I just did this (although I
don't have HCS) and Apache still serves nicely.
