I must second this particular point on hard returns.  I know that some of
Nick's post have this problem as well as a few others (Terry Simpkins
maybe?)  I'm only naming names just in case those who do it are not aware,
please don't take offense.
 
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put the hard returns.  If I really want to read one
of these messages, I have to save it on my PC (I use the Opendesk GUI),
and read it with Windows Notepad or Windows Write.
