This is *not* an official announcement.  But I thought some folks here
might be interested in the news.  The acquisition of Unison Software by
Tivoli (a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM) has been approved by the
shareholders of Unison.  It's now a "done deal" assuming the pertinent
regulatory agencies don't find a problem, which I think is unlikely.

I don't see anything official on our website about it yet, but I suspect
it's coming Real Soon Now.  If interested, watch http://www.unison.com
