Not intending to join or bash those extensive off-topic postings,
but I'd definitely appreciate, if the posters/responders could take
a few moments and trim down their quotes to a minimum, instead of
forwarding/attaching the whole original message (or even chain of
messages) verbatim. This could help reduce the bandwidth consumption
and reduce the associated "pain" for all those who just receive the
off-topic threads to manually or automagically press "delete".
