Ron asks about file system error 544...

It may be from an HPFOPEN call:

   -544
       The requested file mapping options
conflict with the mapping options that
are currently in effect for the file
(meaning the file is currently open).
The conflict may be in one or more of
       the following options: short mapped,
       long mapped, variable access rights,
access rights or the file PID.

(I hit it some time back, somewhere, and got the above info,
somewhere/somehow that I don't recall ... sorry)

What does a LISTFILE /<account>/DATA/HEALTH@, 2 show?
(i.e., do any files associated with the database have an "I'm being
accessed" asterisk?)
