We've used MDaemon for several years here at EDIT with very
good results. It is a Windows based mail server with quite
a few features. I can't remember whether its included or
available as a separate option, but its integrated with a
separate server called WorldClient which allows you to use
a standard browser to send/receive email (including attachments).
That's how we stay in touch while traveling. All in all, I
highly recommend it.
