I know James said it was close enough to Friday for a 'little' humour, but I
didn't realise how little:-)

Often - particularly close to a Friday - Jokes appear on this list.
Personally I don't have a problem with this. But I don't think we can
legislate on which subjects jokes are acceptable or unacceptable. James
never said "as it's near to Christmas, here's a Christmas joke to get you
all in the Christmas mood". No, James said "it's close enough to Friday for
a little Humour". It just happens that his joke is about Christmas, but it
could have been about anything. No doubt today other jokes will appear about
all sorts of subjects...Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, women etc etc. Only last
week there was a very funny (IMO) posting about preparing dinner for
Thanksgiving. That's a holiday which a lot of us don't share, but it didn't
stop the joke being funny. If a joke is funny (James's offering is
questionable:-)) and not obscene or likely to offend then come on, lighten
up, let it appear here.

I hope I'VE not offended anyone by this posting.
