We are working on a project to develop VB and Delphi Windows client software
to emulate the HP700/92, HP2392 terminals. We do not want to develop an
actual terminal emulator, but provide the serial I/O flow control necesary to
have the HP3000 think that there is a HP terminal communicating with it.
Where would be a good resource to turn to understand the serial I/O
requirements for communicating with an ATP, ADCC or DTC port or NetIPC
socket?

Thanks in Advance
