Kim,
We need a bit more information... what model N-Class do you have, and what type of power trust?
I would bet the batteries need to be replaced. But I will tell you, it is a royal PITA.
Personally, I would buy a new APC, modular backup before I replaced the batteries in the PowerTrust.
