The reps can't keep up with Unix, especially the software applications (even
the ones from HP), so they will know even less about much more? I hope
HP has some good technical resources to backup the rep and to do configuration
work. They also *must* find a way to get pricing updates distributed quickly
(hit: use the Web) to the reps.
