The data item defined with this PICTURE clause will require 15 bytes of
storage, regardless of whether it is "completely filled".  

A useful technique is to compile with $CONTROL MAP (assuming you are
using HP COBOL II/iX).  It will show the size of this item as
hexadecimal F.
