I seem to remember a discussion on this list a few months ago, about some of the lower priced HP LaserJets 
that weren't just unsupported on the 3000, but that actually "DON'T WORK".

I have need of a small laser printer for printing AP Checks, and since there are no more "spares" laying around, it's time
to buy an new one.  Specifically I'd like to know if anyone has tried connecting a LaserJet 1200 to an HP3000 via a 
JetDirect card (internal or external via parallel port).

I couldn't find it in the archives (search impared??)
