We looked at that and the two options you have is "Automatically dial
modem" or "Ask to dial modem". There was no option to "Not dial modem".

Subject: [HP3000-L] Predictive support Dial-in

Hi All,

We are no longer on hp support but we have a 3rd party company providing
support.

The problem I'm having is that our hp wants to contact hp predictive
support thru our modem.

Is there a way to disable that?

Thanks,
