hmmm.....  guess I totally missed something....  surely
"The PC stuff is really good" and the above 1-9 items
could not both apply to the same piece of software...
wait a minute.....  maybe I've got it:  The first user said
"we ARE GOING to" (future tense);  second user said
"has been a little over 1 year that we ARE USING"...
....  yeah;  that might be it.....

The "have been using" item that stands out for me is the
"just a few minutes on the 3K take hours on the NT server".
"Few" and "hours" are of course pretty elastic words in this
context, and we don't know the relative sizes of the boxes,
but still.........
