Satish,

Thank you so much for responding. Actually, I do have JPSMON.PRED.SYS
running as a background process. It gets streamed from a job I have which
runs after my online backup begins. The job brings up network services,
etc.

Do I need to have JPSMON running *before* network services start up?

While upgrading to o/s 6.5 I was told that from "now on" I would have a run
an additional job "JPSMON.PRED.SYS". Eversince we are running this job, I do
not have any problem running my predictive every night. I have setup
"JPSMON" in my sysstart file, just in case somebody forgets to stream the
job after rebooting the system.

Alternately, you can try setting up a job as following:

Hope this helps!
