Having seen on this list, many of Wirt Atmar's insightful comments, I wish
to make the following proposal:

That henceforth, let the  term 'atmarian' be used to describe any
explanation or solution that  1)  does goes 'above and beyond the call of
duty', or  2)  presents new information on a topic from a completely
unexpected angle or view  or as most commonly used , or  3) of, or
pertaining  to, measurements of time or calendar definitions by AICS
