Thought Id update everyone... i realized what I did...
a few weeks ago (when the trouble started) I thought it was odd that
"students" (i work at a school) had access rights to my BDC.... to i
denied them those rights...
well, all my printers are laoded on my BDC...i added the students
group back and all is well..im a moron.
I hope this helps someone.
