Ah, when memory proves hazy, check out www.burke-consulting.com. If it is a
3-port Intel box then the two parallel ports are 3001 and 3002. The serial
port is 2501.

Do you have the snmp_enabled=false directive in the printer definition in
npconfig?

Also, have you specified the port number (my hazy memory suggests it might
be 9001 for the NetportExpress)?

It should work if both these are correctly set.
