Can't say as I've ever seen this listed as a job requirement, but it's
my editor of choice.

Especially Image DBA stuff.

Nah.  A termulator is a termulator.

I've seen several requests lately for this particular application, but
it's probably pretty specialized.  Certainly more so than say accounting
or manufacturing.
