This newest version (Version 0.96a, January 11, 2002) fixes a number of small
errors reported by various users. Almost all of these errors required very
special circumstances for you to have seen them, but they were errors and we
are very pleased to hve gotten them out of QCTerm:

1. Tracy Pierce's error: The terminal message panel which occurs in place of
the function keys is now automatically cleared before a second message is
displayed.

2. Tom Brandt's error: FORMSPEC returns the proper field width for an
assigned field.

3. Steven Ose's error: The line-drawing character displayed in the 80th
column is no longer wrapped onto the next line in the SOS package.

4. Wade Bruendl's error: The Speedware screen buffer overflow problem is
corrected.

5. Mark Bixby's error: The tab key in HPEDIT now functions properly.

6. Mark Bixby's error: The vi line editor now works correctly.

7. Wirt Atmar's error: The modem connection is now reset by several means so
as not to allow the internal hardware to report its state incorrectly.

8. Kevin Spene's error: the function keys for Summit Spectrum screens no
longer need to be pressed twice to properly function.

Although these were all small problems, if they were yours, they each were
big enough to potentially be showstoppers. We certainly don't want to you
have any problems at all. Please continue reporting anything that doesn't
seem to work properly. We do greatly appreciate your help.
