Pass this on if you know someone infected...

Quick howto on how to get rid of the virus.

Delete all *.vbs files
Delete anything that comes up from a file seach for LOVE-LETTER*.*
Delete WIN-BUGSFIX.exe

Delete:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\MSKernel32.
vbs
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\Win
32DLL.vbs

Make sure this:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Start Page
Doesn't have a crazy URL.  Reset it if it does!

If you have mIRC installed, check the "SCRIPT.INI" file, there is code added
in there to send this virus to people you chat with.
