I need some help with Office Extend Fax (developed by Fransen-King,
now sold by 3k Associates). We use it for sending faxes to
customers mostly in the US and Canada, and distributors, mostly
overseas. US and Canada faxes are fine, but overseas faxes almost
always fail, generating an Office Extend "problem report". The
transmission error is 0263, whatever that means.

If they always failed I would suspect a setup problem. But
occasionally they do go through. Faxes to those same numbers with a
"real" fax machine are generally successful.

The fax card is the one recommended by Fransen-King, an Intel
SatisFaxion 400.

I'm looking for tips from anybody who has used OE successfully this
way.
