\SEMAPHORES, CBLOCKS
SEMaphore <kind> [options] [dest]

      kind ::= semaphore_address | PIN <# | ALL> |
               PORTarea address | SHARED | ANALYZE

      options ::= <FOLLOW | HEXdump | OWNed |
                   PRIOR | Verbose | WAITing>*

      dest ::= TO filename | APPENDTO filename |
               > filename | >> filename

   The SEMAPHORE ANALYZE command searches for deadlocks
   involving semaphores (control blocks).

   The SEMAPHORE PIN ALL command lists processes holding
   semaphores.

   default: SEM PINS ALL WAITING
