It's my understanding (but please don't confuse me with anything resembling
a lawyer  ;) that you copyrighted it automagically when you wrote
it.  Registering your copyright is something I understand my improve your
odds if it goes to court, but it's not actually required.  On the other
hand, even though you may never have heard it before (or at least not
recall having heard it) it's short enough and just straight-forward enough
that I'll bet that exact sequence of words has probably been uttered
before.  :)
