     Also,  If you have VESOFT Security 3000, they have a LOGOFF option
     that will do the same as Bouncer.

I don't know about BOUNCER, but <plug> KNOCKOUT from
Lund Performance Solutions
(or, see http://www.allegro.com/toolboxes.html)

provides bouncer-like capabilities across a wide range of
operating system releases.
