If you're really desperate I'll mail you a tape, but I suspect that we
could get some "better funded" volunteer. I'm certain that Interex
would distribute tapes by snail mail, but if you aren't a contributing
member there's usually a price tag.

There has been some unofficial, offline discussion about putting the
utilities on the FOS, PowerPatch, and/or Express releases; this would
make it conveniently available to everyone but perhaps not in a timely
manner. It may be an "optional" install as we're talking in the
vicinity of a sizeable chunk of disc (~20M sectors, more if you want
source).

Nothing has been decided, but HP management is aware of the problems in
distributing the add-on code. Hang in there. Meanwhile, you can likely
find someone willing to cut you a tape.
