Hacker stuff exists for cracking Windows passwords.  Once upon a time when I
needed to obtain the Administrator password on an NT4.0 machine, I downloaded a
special Linux boot image that can obtain all of the NT user passwords by
several hours of brute force.

I don't recall the name of the package I used, but it wasn't too hard to find
this stuff by doing some web searches.
