Hi all,

We have a system that has grown file sizes over the years and now many
COBOL executable file sizes are hitting the COBOL default file limit of
10,000.

 Question:

Is there a compiler option or better yet, a system variable we can set
globally to increase all default file sizes above 10,000 without adding
file EQs or changing FDs on every application?

Just wondering if someone has bumped into this and had a quick fix to
the problem.

Thanks,
