Greetings All

Until a resent upgrade we've been using glance as a quick tool to spot
culprits causing bottlenecks and other reasons for degraded
system-performance. After the upgrade of our MPE-version we cannot get
glance to work (the new version of glance does happily tell us that it's
installed, but trying to use it just gives an error stating that it is not
installed "and RTFM (called GLREADME)").
The sad finding of the non-functional glance gave us a second surprise: The
presence of the tool was just a "left-over" from the initial system-install
done by HP.

So, Gents: Are there alternatives to GLANCE? And what would the list-members
recommend glance or perhaps an alternative product, given the following
constraints: It must be _cheap_(!), it must be simple to use so that a bunch
of novices (that includes me) can use it to quickly spot the problems, and
it must function on a MPE 7.0 platform.

Regards,
S.Brandbyge, LEGO GIT-CS
