looks like know bug for 98B?  press reset key...  :-(
Be prepare an Emergency disk with "scanreg" program in diskett.
you might be loose C:  Hard disk drive may be not recognize next time.
may be undocumented feature in 98B?

i can't shut down my hp pavilion 8650 computer using win98.  I hit "shut down"
and select the mode and nothing happens.  How do I shut down my computer.
