Don't forget that set numbers > 99 begin with "A0, A1,...". :-)
Also, DBINFO(406) will provide the fully-qualified database name. This can
be parsed and the corresponding set number inserted.... This will handle
the case that the base name is file-equated to another name, group and/or
account
so using the base name used in DBOPEN may be inaccurate..
