Can you tell what run-level it came up in? My guess is you have things
set to start at run-level 3 or 4, and it came up in 2 or in
single-user mode. Check /etc/inittab ... the first line should set the
run level the system will automatically boot into.
You should also check /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log and /etc/rc.log and
see if there are any cogent error messages.
If you are in fact not in the correct run-level, you can set the
desired run-level using the init command (as root). For instance,
# init 4
will place the system in run-level 4 and execute all the rc3.d and
rc4.d startup scripts.
