The press release is pretty specific that it is only for the newer machines.
The older classes will stay with the current pricing scheme.  What is a
little bit harder to pull out (and many of you may have missed it) is that
this only applies to the hardware end.  If I read the release correctly,
there will still be user level restrictions on certain software.
