Thanks to everyone who managed to dig through my posting about RESTORE
problems. It was indeed a problem with hardware copression - and it is now
fixed. The somewhat arcane routing method (via a willing friend back in
Buffalo) was a result of my Buffalo ISP being spammed several times over the
past weekend, and drastically restricting non-local outbnound e-mail.
All problems now cleared up, in time for a return to the temperate north!
