Can this be true? The CI enhancements that we expected in EXP2 are not
in EXP3 either? I've ordered the tapes but I guess I'll just wait for EXP4 (in
2 months?) Or maybe the next platform? :-(

I have checked most of what I expected to get on express 3 and
the only thing missing is the CI enhancements (just like express 2).
