I too have spent the better part of an evening on the phone with Rene`
Woc (This is because I missed the appointment with Patrick Mullen the
night before.) He walked me through a difficult (to me) therapy of my
database. The ADAGER support team is not only supportive its
informative. I have never hung up the phone with ADAGER not feeling like
I am a better DBA than I was before I called.

On top of all of this Alfredo Rego is one of the greatest advocates of
the HP3000 and IMAGE technology. He is out there helping to secure our
jobs. ADAGER supports us in many ways behind the scenes.

All I can say to Dennis Storm is you have my condolences. ADAGER is
cheap at any price and it isn't all that expensive.
