Samba printing and NT4.0 SP3

I have just put SPs on my NT 4.0 workstation. Changing the registry
to allow unencrypted logons works fine but printing now generates
messages suchas "can't open printer", or "windows memory problem".
Nothing has changed on the Samba/iX server side. Any ideas out there??
