I'm interested in how you make out - I have 5 machines on support and
get 5 copies of the SSB (last quarter I got 2/machine - yes 10 copies
of the SSB's!).  I've tried unsuccessfully for a few years now to get
only 1 copy.

Is it possible to *not* get the SSB and still keep the rest of my support?  I
suppose it might be useful to someone, but if *I* have a problem I'm going to
pick up the phone--so I don't really need the 10 lbs of paperwork.  :-)
