Why, don't you have Reflection for Windows?
But DOS programs should run on XP, unless they have specific compatibility
issues - it is a myth, though a surprisingly prevalent one, that XP has no
DOS capability.
Why not try it?
(And if you have tried it, and it failed, what, exactly, went wrong?)
