I don't have the manual anymore, I am sure someone does.
The jumper is near the AUI or BNC port. IIRC, it was labeled.
A photo would help.
Do you want to use AUI or BNC? If you use AUI, you will need a transceiver.

I am trying to install an 989KS and I would lik eto know the following: CORE IO card has two lan ports, an AUI and a BNC.
I know that only one is working at a time. How do I activate the one I want (AUI or BNC)? Isthere a jumper on the card or is it done automatically when I connect a cable?
