cf/README explains how to do this; search for the multiple occurences of
accept_unresolvable_domains.

To completely turn off all domain checking, you need to rebuild sendmail.cf with:

        FEATURE(`accept_unresolvable_domains')

Alternatively, to selectively list which domains you don't want to validate
(such as iwin.us), use the access map; see cf/README for details.
