Here's a partial list biased by what I've been involved with:
 
1) HFS-named command files and HPPATH supports directory names
2) Execute-only access is available for command files and UDCs
3) The CONSOLE can be taken across the LAN
4) REDO supports word, upshift, downshift edits
5) A # can be used to introduce a comment line
6) There are 4 new CI variables: HPSTREAMEDBY, HPLASTJOB, HPOSVERSION,
   HPRELVERSION.
 
I'm sure there is much more than this, but here's a start.
