When I last worked with QUICK, I had occasion to talk to a COGNOS
representative who came out to our site.

I asked "Did anyone from your company realize that there was a typo on the
cover of the manual?"

The answer was "No.  Show Me."

My retort:  "There's a 'C' where the 'R' should be."

I felt that QUIRK was a more appropriate name than QUICK, given its
unpredictable nature.

Sorry that I can't help with your current problem, I just needed the
opportunity to vent.
