I beg to differ with Mr. Heidner's position.  We are running DTC's over a
WAN and do not use OpenView.  So long as the routers can bridge the AFCP
that the DTC's need, you can control (via NMMGR) the remote DTC's from the
local host over the WAN.  Even the "new" instantaneous DTC changes are
downloaded immediately.  And we are using 2340A's (AKA DTC/16's).
