Powerhouse Web problem

Hi all,

I've got PH Web installed on our 3000. Have Apache web server running and
have the PH web dispatcher running on port 1603 and the PH Administrator
running on port 1604.

I'm getting the following error from the browser

The PowerHouse Dispatcher is not available.
Using port: 1184354784

I'm not using the above port.

Any thoughts/advise would be appreciated.
