Ok...while not minimizing the importance of rhat Robert & Christian have to say
about a lack of HP support...I have to ask...

Who are you? Were you at SIG3000 or the Solutions Symposium?
Were you at SIGSoftVend?
(Note: you may have been, but I didn't see you, or hear about you.)

Do you participate in the HP 3000 community? Post on HP3000-L?

If you did any of the above, you'd find that you can get technical support
from a lot of people outside of HP ... high quality support!
Also, participating in SIGSoftVend is an excellent way to make contacts
with HP!

Most of the specialty sofware vendors I know would *BENEFIT* if from such
participation ... it has the potential of drastically improving their product
quality and performance. SGA software, for example, is crying out for this.

You aren't listed on the 3K Associates massive list of HP 3000 software vendors!
Contact [log in to unmask] to be listed on it. (See
http://www.3k.com/directory/hpvend.html)

BTW, in case I'd overlooked you, I did a search of altavista (1 hit) and
DejaNews (0 hits).

Welcome to the HP 3000 community!
