Subject: [HP3000-L] Ghost Sessions and File Access
I have a machine with some ghost sessions in telnet reading fixed binary
(FB) files that can't be aborted, neither does abortio work on their ldev.
I also have a programmer working on the program that is reading the files.
Is there something that the programmer needs to do to the program that will
allow it to let go the files after a certain amount of time. Like an
inactivity time-out?
I'm presume this will also solve the ghost session problem.
Or am I missing something else?
